Since the end of the war in Kosovo there have been heated debates about how many Kosovar Albanians were killed in the conflict. NATO and the Kosovo Liberation Army push the numbers up, while the Yugoslav government pushes the numbers down. For the people who lost friends, neighbors or relatives, postwar propaganda is like a second abuse.
